Disable "eth0 is down" and "Requesting IP address eth0" popups

Tag(s):

When your network adapter is disabled or not available, eth0 is down and Requesting IP address eth0 popups appear and disappear continuously. When they appeared, focus are set on them, therefore, making your current window out of focus. Whatever you typed at that time is lost.

To disable these popups, remove /lib/dhcpcd/dhcpcd-hooks/99-notify.
